Man Utd Captain Bruno Fernandes Supports Ruben Amorim As He Arrives To Bring Positive Energy

1 min read

According to Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, now is the “right moment” for new manager Ruben Amorim to infuse the team with new “energy.”

Amorim will become United’s sixth permanent manager since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013 when he takes over for the team’s first match against Ipswich on November 24, live on Sky Sports.

Erik ten Hag, who was fired after two and a half years due to United’s worst-ever start to a Premier League season that ended in a 2-1 loss at West Ham, is replaced by the Portuguese. After assuming temporary leadership, Ruud van Nistelrooy stabilized the team with three wins and a draw.
Fernandes, a former Sporting player, maintains Amorim possesses what it takes to change United’s fortunes.
